Why should I sell to you?

We always try to give the best possible price for your car, we have no hidden admin fees or costs, the price we offer is the price we actually pay provided your car is described accurately. We can also collect your car direct from your home.

Do you buy high mileage cars?

Yes we buy any car up to a million miles!

I need to sell my car today, can you pay me today?

Yes, we can often buy your car on the same day and we pay the same day too. We always aim to beat our competitors on the speed of purchase and payment.

However, sometimes it can take a day or so longer if we are collecting the car from you.

Will you offer me a lower price when you see the car?

Absolutely not, we believe that our experience will help you describe your car to us accurately meaning that there are no nasty surprises on the day of collection.

What if the V5C logbook is not in my name, will you buy my car?

We can only buy a car from the person who the car is registered to, this person must also be the owner, however, we can buy a car from a VAT registered limited company if it’s not in their name as long as the company can provide proof of ownership.

I have lost my V5C logbook, will you still buy my car?

We can only buy a car if you have the V5C logbook present, if it is lost you can easily re-apply for it from the DVLA using a V62 form which can be downloaded online, it is fairly easy.

I am a trader or car dealer, the logbook is not in my name, will you still buy it?

Yes, we can buy a car that is not in your name, provided you are a motor trader or dealership that is VAT registered and has been trading for a minimum of two years on Companies House.

You must also be able to provide proof of purchase and additional ID will be required.

I would like to have my car collected, how does it work?

Step 1

Once you have accepted our offer, simply request collection by email, phone, WhatsApp or text message.

Step 2

We then ask for the following information, a copy of your driving licence which should match the logbook and collection address, a few photos of the car (in particular any damage) and photographic evidence of the paperwork including the service history.

Step 3

We will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time. Depending on your location we aim to collect within 24 to 48 hours.

Step 4

One of our experienced members of staff will come to collect your car. On arrival they will have a quick look around the car to check it matches your description and check the service history then payment will be made by bank transfer. The whole process should take no longer than 30 minutes.

I have a private number plate, how can I keep it?

You can retain your private registration number easily on the DVLA website and it only takes a few minutes. We can guide you through this if needed.
